We Indians are very fond of Chutney’s. We use it as a dip and require it for many dishes. With each dish there is a different type of chutney. This particular chutney is very famous in Rajkot in Gujarat. Its eaten with chips, Farali Pattice and Aloo Paratha. It is very spicy and a little sour. This chutney is very useful when coriander or mint leaves are not available at home but you still require the chutney. It also tastes great with sandwiches.
